HYCAT Handbook: Suits and Equipment

If you wish to order and/or purchase a HYCAT "team" bathing suit, PLEASE follow the 
procedures outlined below and the HYCAT Coaching Staff will be able to assist you with your 
purchase/order! ALL purchases and/or orders MUST be pre-paid and your check 
made payable to the "University of Charleston." 

The "team" suit is by "SPEEDO" and will be a SOLID color {black}! The majority of our 
swimwear items will be from "SPEEDO" since the club and "SPEEDO" have an agreement for 
sponsorship of the program's swimwear.  "SPEEDO" shared in the cost of the two (2) banners 
that the club displays and provides "free" {or "at cost"} swim suits to our National 
qualifiers at Y Nationals; Junior Nationals & Senior Nationals. 

A "team" suit and "team" bathing cap are REQUIRED of ALL swimmers to wear in 
competition at swim meets {EXCEPT the HYCAT Novice Meets}.  The club also has an assortment 
of goggles for IMMEDIATE purchase; practice caps {the old SUN AQUATICS caps}; HYCAT caps; and 
a limited supply of practice suits.  A schedule of purchasing and/or ordering swim suits is 
listed below for your information: 

   ** Tuesday, September 19th; AND                  4:45PM- 5:15PM OR 7:35PM- 7:55PM
   ** Wednesday, September 20th; AND                4:45PM- 5:15PM OR  7:35PM- 7:55PM
   ** Thursday, September 21st; AND                 4:45PM- 5:15PM OR  7:35PM- 7:55PM
   ** Saturday, September 23rd                     10:00AM-10:30AM

   ** Monday, September 25th; AND                   4:45PM- 5:15PM OR  7:35PM- 7:55PM
   ** Tuesday, September 26th; AND                  4:45PM- 5:15PM OR  7:35PM- 7:55PM
   ** Wednesday, September 27th; AND                4:45PM- 5:15PM OR  7:35PM- 7:55PM
   ** Thursday, September 28th;  AND                4:45PM- 5:15PM OR  7:35PM- 7:55PM
   ** Saturday, September 30th                     10:00AM-10:30AM

After Saturday, September 30th, the following schedule will be followed as outlined 
{NOTE: PLEASE do not ask a HYCAT Coach to sell items while that Coach is conducting 
swim practices EXCEPT for Greg Olson}:

   ** ANY weekday {except Fridays}                 4:45PM- 5:15PM OR  7:35PM- 7:50PM
   ** Saturdays                                   10:00AM-10:30AM

We have team "warm-ups" {sweats}; team jackets; team towels; t-shirts & tank tops; "boxer" 
shorts; etc.  Please see/call Mindy Moore at 345-2612 for order information.  Also, any 
suggestions and/or opinions that you may have regarding promoting HYCAT, please talk/see 
Mindy; or any member of the HYCAT Coaching Staff; or HYCAT Board Member = THANKS!!! 

The club has a supply of "paper" suits that we will sell for the price listed below as long 
as our supply lasts.  The sizes we have are as follows:
