offers a wide range of materials and updates. This is another excellent human rights site.
Human Rights Watch has a section on Palestinian/Israeli events and issues.
List of Israeli and Palestinian human rights groups provides names and addresses of a large number of groups. Google is needed to find web sites if they are available.
There is a group that is collecting signatures for a petition to end United States’ aid to Israel.

Israel Defense Force web site has statements and briefings by the Spokesperson’s Unit along with information about the military activities in Palestinian areas.
Israel Government Gateway has links to all of the government sites on the web.

History of the conflict
The Avalon Project at Yale Law School has collected a large number of important documents and related information (press conferences for example) pertaining to Israel and Palestine. This is an excellent source for historical background from the Balfour agreement of 1917 to a briefing by Secretary of State Colin Powell in November 2001.
Two internet sites offer sets of maps which provide a historical overview. BBC News has maps and commentary, including maps of areas under Palestinian control on the West Bank. GlobalSecurity.org has another set of maps showing the boundaries of the ancient Jewish homeland up to the present time. Clicking on the maps gives nice, large views.
