Final forging of the cusps

These drawings are about actual size. If printed out, though, they may be reduced (our printer does this). You can save the graphic by right clicking on it (Windows) and selecting “Save As”, the graphic can then be placed in a word processing or graphic arts program and prined out actual size. The heart cusp should be about 2-2 1/8" wide.

We use this special tool for holding the latches while filing in the vise.
