We started in 1997 with the purchase of an unregistered
Alpine grade doe. Today we maintain a small, closed herd
of registered American Alpines. It is our goal to develop
good milking stock. With this in mind we have been on
continuous DHIR test for 4 years. We will continue with
test during our 2006 kidding season. We are enrolled in the
voluntary scrapie program, effective date 4/2/02. Our herd
is CAE negative and we never had abscesses in any of our
goats. We immunize for overeaters/tetanus and give Bo-Se.
Our 2006 kidding season stretches from 3/22/06 to 5/2/06.
Breeding information is listed on our doe page for each
individual doe. If you are interested in pre-ordering a kid, a
$50.00 deposit will hold the kid of your choice. We ask that
kids be picked up at 6 weeks of age at the farm. By that time,
they will have their immunizations, Bo-Se and first
deworming. Kids are also started on a preventive cocci
program at 3 weeks. Transport and health certificates are
